At Amara, we create timeless pieces that honour heritage and inspire confidence. Each one is thoughtfully crafted and we want you to feel proud wearing it. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the conditions below.
You may request an exchange for a different size or colour of the same piece, subject to availability.
To be eligible:
To initiate an exchange, please email amara-design@outlook.com with your order number and request. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
If you prefer not to exchange, we can issue a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credit will only be issued if:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email amara-design@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece.
We’ll prioritise resolving the issue, including offering a replacement, exchange, or refund if required.
We ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please allow 2–5 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
We use Australia Post and Sendle (via CouriersPlease). If no one is home and no authority to leave is given, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point.
Make sure your address is complete and correct, and include a phone number in case the courier needs to contact you
